LoRaWAN Thermostatic Radiator Valve

What Is a LoRaWAN Thermostatic Radiator Valve?

A motorized thermostatic valve solution with LoRaWAN communication that provides room-by-room heating control in hydronic radiator systems. The Enless TX VALVE can directly control the valve opening percentage based on commands received from the building management system or perform local temperature regulation according to a target room temperature. Thanks to its wireless and battery-powered design, it can be integrated into existing radiator systems without the need for additional communication cabling.

LORAWAN INFRASTRUCTURE
LoRaWAN Gateway for TX VALVE
The RX LORAWAN gateway can be used to integrate TX VALVE devices into building management systems and to centrally monitor / control them via LoRaWAN. The gateway collects data from the valves and transfers it to BMS or PLC systems via Modbus or BACnet.

LoRaWAN devices / valves
A scalable architecture that allows up to 500 LoRaWAN devices to be managed through a single gateway.
Embedded LoRaWAN Network Server
The LNS is integrated into the gateway, allowing a private LoRaWAN network to be deployed without requiring a separate external network server.
Enless + third-party LoRaWAN
Enless LoRaWAN products are decoded natively. Compatible third-party LoRaWAN devices can also be added to the system using JavaScript codecs and JSON mapping.

BMS / HVAC
TX VALVE data and control commands can be integrated into the existing building automation infrastructure for centralized heating control, room-by-room temperature management and energy optimization scenarios.
Power supply: 12–24 V AC/DC or PoE
Mounting: DIN rail or screw mounting
Configuration: Built-in web interface
Protection: IP60
Note: RX LORAWAN is not a dedicated gateway used only for TX VALVE. The same gateway can also be used to integrate Enless LoRaWAN sensors and compatible third-party LoRaWAN devices into BMS or PLC systems via Modbus and BACnet.
